It was founded in late 1990s with main goal to provide the best investment platform to the Canadian public. Through time, the popularity of this broker grew due to quick execution and user friendly platform.

So here is what you get once you open an account with Questrade FX:

* Web based trading platform
* Instantaneous order execution
* Access to over 30 currency pairs
* Ability to trade CFD, metals etc…
* Very low spreads
* Free eSignal charting
* Good customer service.

Now let’s look into the main issues faced by some past customers of Questrade FX

* customer service problems
* server down on regular basis
* cannot place a sell order if you already have another sell order opened(you may want to clear this out if you decide to open an account with this broker)
* Account manipulation
* No MT4 support
* Account opening is quite complicated

These are the major problems that past customers encountered when dealing with this broker.

Taking into consideration the volume of client complaints my verdict on this broker is not very promising specially when taking into account bad customer service and account manipulation. If you decide to choose Questrade FX as your broker of choice, I would highly recommend opening a MINI account as a test before going any further.
